China Design Ideas and Inspiration

The China Design Now exhibition at the V&A in London was about to close and I didn't want to miss it so last Saturday I went down there to take a look.
I wasn't disappointed as I walked around viewing some of the best work to come out of China in the last 20 years. Everything from photography, illustration, architecture, film, clothing and more were on view in a well laid out sequence of rooms. Some fantastic work was shown which will hopefully fire your mind!
For anyone that missed it or had no chance of visiting I have collected just a few snippets of inspiration to give you a flavour of what was on show, enjoy. If you'd like to share further design ideas and inspiration from China do leave a comment and link below.

Spark your brain into life!
Thanks Liam, I hope it gives some a little inspiration, it's always good to discover new things :-)
AWESOME!
Thanks so much for sharing this! It's just a bit far for me to travel to London all the way from Kansas, so I probably wouldn't have ever gotten to see this!! ;)
Pretty impressive stuff
I think you'll agree. I don't blame you Hawksdomain for not traveling over, your carbon foot print for museum visits alone would be huge!
Cannot believe I missed that!
I'm gutted. I would've loved to have seen that! Thanks so much for sharing. In return I've uploaded a couple pictures I took recently that you might find a use for! I think he's pretty cool....

Thanks Xavier for the makak pics, I'll see if I can put them in somewhere :) Were these taken at London Zoo?
Makak pics
No they are from Woburn Safari. I need to put some more up though- there's a great one of the makaks on my car. Speaking of which.....I need to check my aerial is still intact!
